Julie Halatyn, MS, RD

Julie is a Registered Dietitian and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After working in hospitals for six years she began her career in the Fitness Industry so that she could focus on preventative health and make a real impact on the health in her community. After applying holistic health and whole food nutrition techniques for 7 years, she opened her own health practice, Sunrise Health & Fitness, alongside her husband, and now focuses her attention on management and membership satisfaction.

When Julie's not helping her members achieve their goals she is working towards her own, participating in outdoor activities including biking, hiking, skiing, athletic events, and more. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafes, seeking out the best foods San Francisco has to offer, and enjoying time with her family and friends whenever possible. Julie believes that nothing feels better than healthy, something she strives to inspire in each and every one of her members.

With over two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Michael’s expertise in pain management, sports performance, and holistic lifestyle coaching have allowed him to become one of the most sought-after Holistic Health Practitioners around. He is certified through the Corrective Holistic Exercise and Kinesiology Institute, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is a proud member of the USA Weightlifting organization. As a Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Practitioner, Michaels's extensive education reinforces his ability to provide the highest level of Health Coaching necessary to manage even the most challenging cases, whether related to disease, addiction, or challenges with body shape or physical performance. 

Michaels coaching philosophy is simple, “Take responsibility for who you are and what you create, every day.” He loves practicing a holistic lifestyle, enjoying food, exercise, self-exploration, and connecting with family and friends.
